We now know where giant, shrew-headed, lung-brained lizards go for vacation; Coney Island and Manhattan proper. (If you look REALLY CLOSE at the very end of the movie, you can see him drop into the Cony Island water on the right side of the screen. That's when his mom dropped him off for the day.)

The day didn't start out on a good note however for our lizardy pal. After riding a few roller-coasters and having his fill of cotton candy, he wanted to go search for his boy, the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. He heard that he'd rented a place in Manhattan, so he came to chill with ol' Marshy for a while.

What? Some mid 80's SNL cast members burnt Stay Puft to death with proton packs? Son of a....!!!
Cloverfield didn't like spending the holiday alone, it seems.
It's also too bad Jet Jaguar and Gamera couldn't be there to spend the day with him, but maybe next time.

At least Cloverfield didn't leave empty handed..he got a special souvenir..the head of Lady Liberty made a nice ashtray back at home.

The one other thing Cloverfield wished had gone differently was his bad case of lice that day...those things can kill a man. He sends his apologies to any victims that may have been bitten and subsequently exploded due to it.
